Oliver was a star. I messaged him back and forth before my appointment to ask about the services that they offered and all of the questions were thoroughly answered. On the day of the hair appointment, he assessed my hair (my hair looked like it REALLY needed reviving. I have heat damaged, coloured hair) and the treatment and steps were explained thoroughly. One can tell that he has expertise in his field and it was very evident during the appointment. He had technique and product knowledge which made me feel very at ease. He did not make any ridiculous claims and cautioned me about what to expect. They will tell you the truth. I got exactly what I wanted.

The treatment I got was the Amaya nano protein (it had a long name). It was like an IV drip for the hair. My hair looks alive-shiny, not rigid, and bouncy.

The other staff, ate Ems and ate Lory were very nice as well. Ate Ems did my father’s partner’s hair and she loved it. It made her look youthful. One could also tell that she has expertise as she explained the procedure and what the steps were for as well. It was such a pleasant salon appointment. Will definitely go back.
